Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number for your convenience.

Processing times may vary during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional sales.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 USD ship free within the United States.

International Shipping (Canada)

  • Orders shipping to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by local authorities.
  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We currently do not ship to other international destinations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at hello@hardfetch.com.

Include your order number and any relevant photos (for damaged items), and our team will assist you promptly.
