Returns

At HardFetch, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns on unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, please contact our team at hello@hardfetch.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for returning your item.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Opened pet grooming products (such as brushes, shampoos, or sprays)
  • Used pet beds, toys, or apparel
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hardfetch.com with photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or full refund.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or product, please return your original item and place a new order.
